The current version of RNAME (RNA Modification Enzyme) collected more than 21,931 manually curated writers, readers and erasers for the 7 major kinds of RNA modifications, namely Cap, I, m¹A, m⁶A, m⁵C, Pseudouridine(Ψ) and m⁷G. These proteins are from 456 species covering animals, plant, and fungi. RNAME will be helpful in revealing the mechanisms of RNA modifications.
